An opportunity for me to share the journey of Nottinghamshire Police in 'Growing a Coaching Culture'. My presentation highlighted some of the complexities of working across a large public sector organisation where change, funding and politics are significant issues, however huge progress has been made in getting to a point where having a coaching conversation is commonplace and becoming embedded in the organisation. Individual results have been amazing!
Still lots more to do though!
