I was delighted to be the Winner of the 'Inspirational Woman of the Year' Award for my work as a senior officer with Nottinghamshire Police as the first female Head of Crime, leading the network for women and being a champion in the field of diversity. Such amazing nominees, such a privilege and a fantastic evening.
